Adelaide Nash Hash

Due to the recent serious Delta outbreaks in eastern Australia, the Adelaide Nash Hash committee has reluctantly decided to postpone Adelaide Nash Hash to the 

25th to 27th of March, 2022

This is the second postponement due to the pandemic, but the difference this time will be that most of us are likely to be fully vaccinated by next March. This should mean restrictions are less likely and we will be much safer. We strongly encourage hashers to get vaccinated.

We currently have 843 fully paid with 12 wanting refunds. Here is the new refund policy:-

  • If you want an immediate refund, we’ll give you whatever you paid less $100 ($50 as a pledge/contribution plus $50 for the goody bag, which we’ll give to someone you nominate to collect for you at Nash Hash). 
    • Send your bank details (or better still your PayID) and the collection authorisation to 
  • If you want a refund and are happy to wait until the event is over then let us know you’re not coming and we’ll try to give you a full refund (less $50 for your goody bag) after Nash Hash – which we’ll send to your nearest capital city for collection, unless you nominate someone to collect it for you at Nash Hash. 
  • Alternatively you can sell and transfer your rego to someone else. 
  • If you can’t come to Nash Hash due to last minute COVID restrictions (border closures or serious quarantine requirements) or if Nash Hash is cancelled, we’ll try to give you a full refund (less $50 for your goody bag) after the event plus your goody bag. We’ll send your goody bag to your nearest capital city for collection unless you tell us otherwise. 

The current registration fee has been reduced to $410                                                    

Your Registration fee gives you: Meals Friday Night, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Night, Light Sunday Breakfast & Sunday Lunch, drinks all weekend (Beer, wine, cider), a goody bag & T-shirt, entertainment Friday & Saturday nights and Sunday during the day, transport to the Run sites, plus a contribution toward the venue set up and admin costs.
